DataPilot / Labels and events
Label maneuvers and driving context.

How labels work
Each built-in label is a documented rule with fixed thresholds – on your signals, or on map data for GPS labels.
Every rule is in the knowledge base.

Built-in labels
Each label runs automatically when its signals are mapped.
Only have GPS? Road type, grade and roughness come from map data along your route – no extra sensors needed.

Describe the event in your own words –
AI turns it into a custom label you check on your data before saving.
Type the event in your own words, e.g. “Label when vehicle speed stays above 120 km/h for more than 10 seconds”.
See the proposed rule in plain language and the events it finds in your data.
Add the label to your library. It runs on every future dataset.
Summary
See which trips contain which events, and how much of your data covers each condition.

FAQ
Each built-in label is a rule with fixed thresholds. Every rule and threshold is documented in the knowledge base.
It depends on the label. See which signals each label needs.
No, but we recommend it. Labels are more accurate on cleaned data – sensor faults and spikes can’t trigger or hide events. Also, once a dataset is labeled, quality checks and cleaning are no longer available for it.
Custom labels are coming soon: describe the event in your own words, and AI turns it into a rule you check on your data before saving.
Export them as extra columns in the format you uploaded – for the whole dataset or for selected trips.
