Dr. Stéphane Foulard

CEO

Stéphane has a double diploma of Ecole Centrale de Lyon/France and TU Darmstadt/Germany in mechanical and automotive engineering. During his PhD, he deep dived into novel data-driven approaches to durability engineering in the automotive field. He and Rafael were convinced of the high optimization potential offered by efficient use of in-vehicle data. Their vision of more efficient and sustainable mobility led them to found COMPREDICT together. Stéphane is passionate about driving business forward and interacting with people.

Dr. Rafael Fietzek

CTO

Rafael studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg/Germany, followed by a PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at TU Darmstadt. He was working as post-doc researcher when he and Stéphane founded COMPREDICT as a university spin-off with a common vision of sustainable vehicle design based on usage data. Rafael is passionate about diving into  technology and pioneering new solutions.

Matthias von Blohn

CRO

Matthias is an experienced software executive with a career at McKinsey, senior leadership positions at blue-chip software companies, and C-Level experience in scale-ups. With a track record in business strategy and go-to-market programs, as well as extensive operational field experience in value engineering, sales and consulting, he covers the entire B2B value chain. In his free time, he loves collecting mountain passes on his bike journeys across the Alps.

Sebastian Rücker

Head of Engineering

Sebastian spent the last 10 years in consulting companies and start-ups, developing software products with an ML focus. When not working, he spends his time tinkering with game development and virtual worlds. According to Sebastian, COMPREDICTs AI was the most advanced he had ever seen so he jumped at the chance to help package it into easy-to-use products.

Ousama Esbel

Tech Lead Platform and Machine Learning

Ousama studied computer science and holds a masters in Distributed Software Systems from TU Darmstadt. He is passionate about sport, reading and deploying machine learning models at scale.

Martin Zeller

Tech Lead Virtual Sensors

Martin studied General Engineering at Ecole Centrale de Lyon/France and Mechanical and Process Engineering at TU Darmstadt/Germany and holds masters from both universities. He is passionate about mountaineering and automotive engineering, from sports cars to tractors.

Stefan Werner

Head of Global Sales

Stefan joined COMPREDICT in January 2023 as Head of Global Sales. He is responsible for growing the company’s automotive business and defining innovative market strategies for Virtual Sensors. As VP of Global Sales at NNG and later with Xevo by Lear, he was responsible leading sales and marketing in automotive software solutions for OEMs and TIER 1 suppliers. Stefan is passionate about cars and animal rescue NPOs.

Dr. Daniel Dilmetz

Head of Strategic Partnerships

Daniel studied Business Administration and Industrial Engineering with a specialisation in Mechanical Engineering at the TU Darmstadt. Then, he worked as a research assistant and PhD student at the Department of Entrepreneurship at TU Darmstadt, where he successfully completed his PhD in 2022. He joined COMPREDICT in 2021 and has been working in business and partnership development since then. Daniel is a fascinated car enthusiast who can also be found on the golf course over the weekend.

Stefan Hassels

Head of Product

Stefan joined COMPREDICT in March 2023 as Head of Product. He is responsible for identifying market opportunities, empowering our product teams, and ensuring that our virtual sensors amaze customers around the world. Stefan spent the last six years in the automotive industry, developing digital products and shaping the digital transformation of AUDI AG. He is passionate about developing viable products that customers love.
