COMPREDICT’s Suspension Displacement Virtual Sensor is a fully software-based solution that estimates suspension travel at each wheel. Unlike traditional ride height or physical suspension sensors, COMPREDICT’s virtual sensor requires no additional hardware, using existing vehicle signals to deliver accurate suspension travel data through software alone.
In all common driving scenarios—such as acceleration, braking, and cornering—the sensor achieves an accuracy of less than 2 mm, matching the best on the market.
COMPREDICT’s Suspension Displacement Virtual Sensor offers up to €40 in cost savings when replacing four physical ride height sensors. It also eliminates issues related to hardware, such as wear, corrosion, and environmental damage, leading to failures, higher maintenance, and added system complexity. Additionally, it can be implemented in both new vehicles and those already in series production.
